ITM - Live Teller Connect Representative - Full time - Onsite (AK)

Responsibilities

• Teller Functions: Handles deposits, loan payments, withdrawals, account transfers, verifies transactions, and resolves discrepancies.
• Member Service Functions: Assists members with financial needs, orders checks, answers questions, performs file maintenance, resets access, and resolves member issues.
• Represents the Credit Union professionally and handles confidential member information with care.
• Streamlines work processes and improves the Credit Union's operations.
• Models a good work ethic and maintains a tidy workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of banking experience as a teller or call center service representative.
• Comprehensive knowledge of deposit account products and services.
• Working knowledge of relevant regulations including BSA, Regulation CC, D, and E.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy.
• Professional and courteous verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle fluctuating work demands and maintain a fast-paced work environment.
• Proficiency in standard business computer software and data entry skills.
• Ability to become a subject matter expert in remote delivery channels and discuss these channels with members.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential member account information with discretion.
• Willingness to take initiative and model a good work ethic for others.
