Responsibilities
- Balancing and reconciling customer transactions
- Managing critical processing transmissions producing operational reporting
- Resolving exceptions
- Mitigating operational risk
- Ensuring all processing activities are completed accurately and within established service level agreements
- Balancing customer and internal transactions
- Researching and resolving out-of-balance conditions
- Meeting established service level agreements (SLA's) and processing deadlines
- Distributing reports to internal bank departments and business partners
- Taking corrective actions to minimize operational risk and customer impact
Requirements
This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a high school education and 2-3 years of directly related experience in bank operations or accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to make sound decisions in a deadline‑driven environment.
