Position Overview
The Item Compliance Analyst position is based in San Bruno, CA. The role is full-time and W2.
Responsibilities
- Monitor site for compliance with established policies and guidelines.
- Review item reports for trends or risks, analyze internal data, and collaborate with various teams.
- Analyze data to drive rule efficiency, identify gaps, and enhance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to troubleshoot and audit rules.
- Audit rules to minimize impact on business and legitimate transactions.
- Communicate findings and collaborate with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excel and data analysis experience.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- High initiative and deadline-driven productivity.
- Experience working with partners across different time zones and cultures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
- Experience with eCommerce, retail, compliance, SEO/SEM, or content review/moderation preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Resourceful and intellectually curious mentality.
- Experience with SQL, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with gray areas and dealing with offensive content.
