SR. COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST (HYBRID-CHARLOTTE, NC)

Job Summary

The primary duty of this position is the operational integrity and profitability of contracted programs utilizing a managed order guide for assigned distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Review managed order guides against company data records to monitor for authorized and unauthorized changes
• Resolve discrepancies directly with distributors, category managers and other stakeholders
• Execute order guide changes, audits, stock requests, depletion of obsolete inventory and new program rollouts for assigned distributors
• Manage proprietary inventory for assigned distributors to minimize slow and dead inventory and maximize return on investment
• Facilitate weekly calls with assigned distributors to review performance and address issues with managed order guide management and off order guide sales
• Complete managed order guide and spend analysis to optimize ROI at assigned distribution centers
• Process field requests for changes and/or additions to the managed order guide product listing
• Provide reporting to stakeholders and complete other ad hoc analysis
• Take action or provide a recommended action
