Responsibilities

• Conducting research and data analysis
• Performing compliance monitoring reviews and audits
• Conducting on-site inspections
• Evaluating eligibility requirements
• Maintaining compliance documentation and monitoring tools
• Preparing reports and correspondence
• Supporting client engagement activities

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in a related field
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in relevant field
• Proficiency in research and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer service excellence
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and time management skills

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, data visualizations, and writing
• Willingness to learn new concepts, research methods, and software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 for Business
• Familiarity with macOS preferred
• High-speed internet access during the work-from-home period
• Valid California Driver's license, car, and car insurance
• Preferred: Spanish language proficiency (written and verbal)
• Preferred: Relevant certification of compliance in affordable housing programs related to HUD, HOME, and LIHTC
• Preferred: Proficient understanding in affordable housing funding sources compliance (HOME, LIHTC, HCD, etc.)

Job Details

• Type: Full time, hybrid position (40 hours/week)

• Salary: $68,000 - $92,400 (commensurate with experience)
