IT Technician (Onsite - Olympia)

About the role

Join Intelligent Technical Solutions, a dynamic and growing company, as a Technician I. In this collaborative, problem‑solving position you will provide both onsite and remote IT support, delivering top‑notch technical assistance to clients. You will handle system updates, hands‑on troubleshooting, and maintain high standards of IT service.

Responsibilities

• Resolve workstation operating system issues of any kind.
• Troubleshoot printer issues of any kind.
• Address standard business application (Office, etc.) issues of any kind.
• Support line‑of‑business applications such as SAGE ERP, QuickBooks, and niche applications with vendor assistance.
• Perform basic networking troubleshooting related to desktop connectivity.
• Answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the company office or client locations as required.
• Experience with Windows and macOS troubleshooting.
• Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role.
• Skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
• Proficient in supporting Office 365, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Active Directory, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
• Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a vehicle for client visits.

Key Performance Indicators

• Utilization – percentage of time on the clock and billing time to client tickets.
• CSAT – client satisfaction scores submitted via the ticket rating system.
• Quality Score – assessments performed by the training and quality team.
• First‑touch closed – tickets completed with only one time entry.

Pay

Pay rates start at $20.33/hr up to $26.47/hr and vary by experience and location.
