Key Responsibilities
- Establish and monitor help desk ticket intake, prioritization, and resolution
- Ensure timely response to user issues and minimize downtime
- Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs)
- Travel when required to support field operations and resolve issues
- Ensure consistent IT service delivery across geographically dispersed teams
- Implement and standardize IT processes and workflows
- Improve ticketing, documentation, and asset management practices
- Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce recurring issues
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of IT experience, including hands-on support
- 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
- Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations
- Ability and willingness to travel regularly
- Preferred: Experience in operational or field-based environments (logistics, manufacturing, services, etc.), familiarity with Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, Active Directory), relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.)
