IT Technician II

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and monitor help desk ticket intake, prioritization, and resolution
  • Ensure timely response to user issues and minimize downtime
  • Establish and monitor service levels (SLAs)
  • Travel when required to support field operations and resolve issues
  • Ensure consistent IT service delivery across geographically dispersed teams
  • Implement and standardize IT processes and workflows
  • Improve ticketing, documentation, and asset management practices
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce recurring issues

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of IT experience, including hands-on support
  • 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or distributed operations
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
  • Preferred: Experience in operational or field-based environments (logistics, manufacturing, services, etc.), familiarity with Microsoft technologies (O365, Azure, Active Directory), relevant certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.)
