About the role
Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Aid IT Technician I in completing work related tasks as needed.
- Install and maintain Cliff Castle Casino Information Technologies equipment systems.
- Work with outside vendors for system-related products and equipment.
- Schedule cleaning of Information Technologies printers and testing of Information Technologies computers systems.
- Maintain records of all Information Technologies Access Changes and Equipment installations performed.
- Support and service Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.
- Provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.
- Build and install computers and servers as needed.
- Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Required Education: High School Diploma
- Preferred Education: 2-Year Degree
- Work Experience: Three (3) years as an IT Technician
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Effective in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
- Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones, and printers
- Professional Licenses & Certifications:
- Certification in CompTIA Network+ and A+
- Age: Must be 18+ years old
- Availability: Available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Eligibility: Eligible to work in the U.S., pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License
