IT Technical Specialist Houston, TX | 100% On-SiteWe are looking for a hands-on IT Technical Specialist to provide Tier 1 support and serve as the primary on-site IT resource for multi-site operations. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and taking ownership of technical issues while collaborating with an IT team. Support Windows PCs, Macs, using Microsoft 365, maintaining printers, and mobile devices.Manage help desk requests through a ticketing system.Configure and deploy new computers and equipment.Handle user onboarding, access changes, and offboarding.Troubleshoot basic network, switch, and Wi-Fi issues.Support ERP and legacy business applications.Maintain IT documentation and escalate complex issues as needed.RequirementsAssociates Information Systems/Computer Science degree required.Windows desktop and remote-user support experience.Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration experience.Basic networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting skills.Strong customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.ERP, Intune, PowerShell, Network+, ITIL, or manufacturing environment experience is a plus.On-site in Houston with up to 15% travel in domestic US.
