Responsibilities
- Manage service requests and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Implement long-term projects with limited supervision.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain enterprise endpoint devices.
- Support mobile programs and recommend technology solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and plant management.
- Adhere to company policies and participate in shared on-call support.
Requirements
- Two-year technical degree, related technical certifications, or equivalent work experience.
- Two+ years of experience in an IT support environment.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with mobile device programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
- Willingness to travel domestically (about 10%) and participate in shared on-call support for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work across the organization to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues.
- Understanding of ITIL process framework.
- Ability to lead small to medium initiatives and projects.
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership in delivering service.
