IT Tech Lead - Senior PACS Administrator

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution within a healthcare environment. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and business analysts to ensure application integrity
• Act as a subject matter expert for supported software applications
• Provide technical expertise and support cross-team collaboration
• Identify risks and devise contingency plans
• Conduct security audits and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science or equivalent experience (7-10 years)
• 5+ years experience in software development life cycle with a bachelor's degree or 12-15 years without a degree
• Expertise in at least one technology stack (e.g., Java, .NET, Python)
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Experience in leading code and design reviews

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
