IT Systems Support Analyst (STF2919)

About the role

This position is an information technology (IT) support position responsible for supporting administrative offices. Junior and Senior designations will be applied to the job title where appropriate to skill level and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty, staff, and students in the use of information technology
• Advise HutchCC staff in the use of information technology to meet institutional goals
• Primary support for student services-based information systems
• Manage and maintain assigned computer labs
• Train HutchCC staff on the use of information technology
• Support cloud, network, wireless, mobile, A/V, phone, and digital media systems
• Maintain technical equipment and infrastructure
• Work and participate as a team member of the Information Technology Services (ITS) department
• Assist in IT planning, implementation and monitoring
• Maintain adequate system administration and support records and licensing
• Oversee, develop and document new IT related initiatives
• Serve actively on campus committees
• Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully complete the responsibilities of the position
• Comply with HutchCC policies, procedures and practices
• Other duties as assigned
