We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content. From posting: - Job Profile: IT Support Specialist 2, Job Family IT Support Services, Time Type Full time, Apply before... (metadata). We can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably include a short paragraph with job family, time type, apply deadline. - Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination... - Job Description includes Salary Range: $61,400 – $76,700 per year; DOE. So we have Pay section. - Then description of role: The School of Computing... This is about the role. So we can have About the role (or maybe "About the role"). - Responsibilities: list of duties (Essential Duties). So Responsibilities section with

  • . - Desired Qualifications: list of desired qualifications. Could be Qualifications or Skills. Probably Qualifications section (desired). Could also have Requirements (minimum) separate. - Working Environment: maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or put under About the role? Probably not needed. - Department Statement: could be About the role or maybe omitted as boilerplate? It's descriptive of school; could be part of About the role. - Benefits: mention "Working at ASU has outstanding benefits that include: health, dental and vision insurance plans; ASI/UA/NAU tuition reduction...". So Benefits section. - Driving Requirement: not required. Could be omitted. - Location: Campus: Tempe. Could be included in About the role or a short paragraph. - Funding: No Federal Funding. Probably minor metadata. - Instructions To Apply: application instructions, we must remove. - ASU Statement etc: boilerplate, remove. - Relocation Assistance etc: maybe not needed. - Employment Verification Statement etc: boilerplate, remove. Thus we will create sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (minimum qualifications), Qualifications (desired), Benefits, Pay. We must not create Schedule unless present; not present. We must not create headings with filler. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft. First, a short paragraph for metadata: maybe combine Job Family, Time Type, Location, Apply before. We'll put that in a

before sections? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can have a

containing: Job Family: IT Support Services; Time Type: Full time; Location: Tempe Campus; Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date. Then sections. About the role: combine description from Job Description and Department Statement maybe. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can't omit details like "The School of Computing and Augmented Intelligence (SCAI) is seeking a Systems Support Analyst to serve as a primary technical resource supporting instructional technology and audio/visual (AV) environments, including classrooms, instructional laboratories, conference rooms, and associated computing systems." etc. We'll put that in

under About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties from "Essential Duties" and also earlier responsibilities paragraph. We'll combine into a list. We need to ensure we don't miss any duty. Let's extract duties from the text: From Job Description paragraph: "supporting classroom AV technologies, control systems, conferencing platforms, software deployment, endpoint management, and technology upgrades to ensure reliable learning and collaboration environments." Also "apply professional technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve moderately complex technology issues, evaluate equipment performance, recommend technology improvements, and support instructional and operational objectives." Also "collaborates with faculty, staff, students, vendors, and technical teams to ensure reliable, secure, and effective technology services that support teaching, learning, and research activities throughout SCAI." Then Essential Duties list: - Support and maintain classroom, conference room, and instructional laboratory technologies, including audio/visual systems, control systems, computing devices, networking equipment, and related instructional technologies. - Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize classroom technologies to ensure reliable instructional and event support. - Evaluate equipment performance and recommend technology upgrades, replacements, and improvements to maintain operational readiness. - Install, configure, maintain, and support Windows and macOS devices, software applications, and endpoint technologies. - Administer endpoint management and software deployment solutions used in instructional computing environments. - Support systems administration functions including directory services, device management, policy administration, and related technology platforms. - Provide technical support to faculty, staff, students, and departmental partners in support of instructional, research, and administrative activities. - Respond to and resolve service requests through approved support channels while maintaining a high level of customer service. - Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions to improve technology reliability and user experience. - Assist with classroom technology refreshes, software upgrades, and technology improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to implement, maintain, and support instructional technology solutions. - Maintain technical documentation, equipment inventories, system configurations, and support records. - Ensure classrooms, conference rooms, instructional laboratories, and associated technologies are operational and ready for scheduled instructional and event activities. - Provide technical guidance and training to student employees supporting instructional technology operations. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors during technology installations, maintenance, and repair activities. We'll put each as

    • . Requirements (minimum qualifications): Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved. We'll put as
      • maybe two items? Could be one
      • containing the OR statement. Qualifications (desired): list from Desired Qualifications: - Experience configuring, supporting, and troubleshooting AMX, Crestron, Extron, or similar AV control systems. - Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS environments. - Experience with SCCM, Intune, JAMF, software deployment, application packaging, and endpoint management. - Experience supporting instructional technology, classrooms, conference rooms, and audio/visual systems. - Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Bash scripting, and systems administration practices. - Experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar IT service management systems. - Experience maintaining technical documentation, inventories, lifecycle plans, and support knowledge bases. - Evidence of identifying, recommending, and implementing technology improvements through technical analysis and professional judgment. - Experience supporting higher education, instructional computing, laboratory environments, or academic technologies. We'll put each as
      • . Benefits: list from "Working at ASU has outstanding benefits that include: health, dental and vision insurance plans; ASI/UA/NAU tuition reduction for the employee and qualified family members; life insurance and disability programs; sick leave and holidays; state and optional retirement plans; access to ASU recreation and cultural activities, and more." We'll make a
        • for each benefit item. Pay: Salary Range: $61,400 – $76,700 per year; DOE. We'll put in

. We must not include sections like Schedule. Now ensure we don't repeat job title. We'll output HTML fragment:

Job Family: IT Support Services; Time Type: Full time; Location: Tempe Campus; Apply before 11:59 PM Arizona time the day before the posted End Date.
