IT Systems Support Analyst Location: New Castle, WY – Onsite Salary: $80K–$85K We are seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to provide hands-on technical support for users and systems at a refinery location in New Castle, Wyoming, as well as support several smaller pipeline sites throughout the region. This is a highly hands-on role supporting both traditional IT and operational technology (OT) environments. The ideal candidate has strong end-user support experience, solid Microsoft/Azure fundamentals, basic networking knowledge, and is comfortable working onsite in an industrial/refinery environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite and remote end-user support, troubleshooting, PC imaging/deployment, hardware, software, mobile devices, printers, AV, and VoIPSupport Azure and on-prem Active Directory in a hybrid environmentPerform Level 1 networking support, including VLANs, connectivity troubleshooting, and basic subnettingAssist with server/storage, network hardware, cabling, data centers, network closets, and other physical infrastructureSupport IT and OT systems in a refinery/industrial environmentTrack incidents and requests through ServiceNow and create Knowledge Base Articles/documentationPartner with network, infrastructure, operations, and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issuesMaintain hardware assets, system documentation, equipment inventories, and network informationParticipate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of IT support/infrastructure experience2+ years troubleshooting Microsoft Windows environmentsExperience with Azure and on-prem Active DirectoryBasic networking knowledge, including VLANs, subnetting, and connectivity troubleshootingStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with strong documentation/KBA skillsExcellent customer service skills with the ability to work patiently and professionally with end usersComfortable working in a refinery/industrial environment and following strict safety proceduresAbility to participate in an on-call rotation and respond onsite when requiredMust be able to work onsite in New Castle, WY Relocation: Candidates interested in relocating are welcome to apply; however, relocation assistance is not provided.
