Role Overview: Responsible for repairing and maintaining company laptops, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring optimal hardware and software performance. Key Responsibilities Support employees with day-to-day hardware, software, and connectivity issues.Configure new devices and manage equipment inventory.Perform preventive maintenance and document recurring problems.Escalate complex technical issues as needed. Qualifications & Skills Technical proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting.Ability to configure and maintain various devices.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills for supporting end-users.
