Responsibilities
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, user accounts, permissions, licenses, groups, and distribution lists.
- Monitor system performance, service health, and incident management.
- Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests.
- Ensure optimal operation, data backup, and recovery processes.
- Implement and maintain security policies, compliance measures, and multi-factor authentication.
- Support and collaborate with IT professionals to implement the best practices.
- Plan and execute migrations, updates, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain documentation, stay updated with the latest features.
Qualifications
- A deep understanding of complex system performance, security, compliance, and end-user support in the key responsibilities listed.
- 4+ years of demonstrable work experience in a role managing Microsoft 365 environments, and a strong understanding of its services and applications.
- Experience with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra and Copilot.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail, maintaining confidentiality and an awareness of the big picture.
- Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.
- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration.
- Familiarity with security and compliance features in Microsoft 365.
- Knowledge of networking and Active Directory.
