IT Systems Analyst

About the role

The IT Systems Analyst is based out of Atkore's Mokena IL office and reports to the Sr. Manager of End User Computing Technologies. This role provides technical and hands-on support for requests involving Atkore Shop Floor and office IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide live and remote technical support to Atkore users
• Support and maintain Atkore shop floor systems and equipment on the manufacturing shop floor
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Lead collaborative initiatives between Hardware Team and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team
• Maintain and manage A/V asset equipment
• Address technical issues promptly to ensure successful event operations and minimize downtime
• Review and interpret reports to support best practices in asset management
• Enhance operational efficiency and uphold organizational accountability
• Engage in Atkore’s yearly Refreshing of PC equipment
• Provide cross-functional support to all current and future shop floor projects
• Offer cross-functional support to all current and future shop floor projects

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required, and Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience in Information Technology, preferably in a customer-facing role, or equivalent college-level education in a relevant field
• Ability to follow a process, and attention to detail is required for this position
• A+ certifications preferred
• Competency in Intune, PowerBI, M365, Windows 10 & 11 operating systems is required
• Basic User & Security Group administration through Active Directory
• Ability to learn continuously evolving company & industry specific applications, technology, and terminology
• Excellent technical computer troubleshooting skills
• An understanding of Key Performance Indicators around deployment
