Required

  • Maintain the Data Management System and provide updates required to sustain flight operations.
  • Monitor system performance and availability, identify and resolve degradation trends.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct application, data, and user-access issues.
  • Apply patches, version upgrades, and configuration changes in accordance with Government direction and applicable cybersecurity requirements.
  • Update automation, scripts, and data ingest/processing workflows as needed to support mission changes.
  • Cookordination and execution of change implementation activities (e.g., release planning, impact assessment, and rollback planning).
  • Validate that updates do not break existing functionality.
  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration baselines, release notes, and user-facing guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree plus a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Information Technology and System Administration, including Windows and/or Linux server administration, Active Directory/account management, patching and configuration management, virtualization, troubleshooting, network fundamentals, cybersecurity hygiene (e.g., STIG implementation and vulnerability remediation), and user support for secure or enterprise environments, or equivalent experience/responsibility.
