IT System Administrator
About the role
You will own the day-to-day IT operations at Parallel's headquarters, reporting to the IT Director. That means keeping hardware, software, networks, and access running smoothly for everyone in the building — provisioning and deprovisioning equipment, troubleshooting issues as they come up, managing vendor relationships for IT services and supplies, and maintaining security basics like access controls and device management. You'll be the person people go to when something breaks, and the one who catches problems before they do. As Parallel grows, you'll help build the systems and processes that let IT scale without adding headcount for every new hire.
