IT Support Worker

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing hands-on support for POS, back office, networking, and other systems during events, ensuring alignment with the IT Lead. Key duties include proactive maintenance of IT systemscommunicating issues to application owners and vendorsdelivering high-quality IT servicesresolving incidents promptlystaying current with IT trends and security practicesrepresenting the IT department to onsite leadership Qualifications include working towards or possessing an Associate's degree in IT or related fields (preferred), experience in concessions or stadium environments (preferred), strong troubleshooting skills, basic understanding of IT infrastructure, and excellent communication. Ideal candidates are team playersself-motivatedable to work under pressure and physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and bending during events.
