IT Support Technician (Part Time)

Schedule

• 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday - Friday with a rotating day off.

Qualifications Required

• Excellent problem-solving, technical, and customer-service skills.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and good time management skills;
• Ability to work in a team environment and work independently with minimal supervision;
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, and organizational skills.

Desired

• Experience with Windows or Apple operating systems;
• Experience with answering phones;
• The use of trouble-ticket systems.

Pay

$17.00 - $20.00 per hour (paid by claim).
