About The Job

The candidate will work as an L1/L2 IT Support Technician on-site/hybrid in Phoenix (Mesa), USA. The role focuses on monitoring IT systems to ensure IT security and providing first and second level support to end users. A senior colleague will be assigned on-site for full onboarding and training.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems to ensure IT security
• Regularly review IT settings and policies in assigned systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune)
• Provide first and second level support for end users
• Full onboarding supported by an assigned senior colleague on-site

Must-Have Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT focused on monitoring, networks or servers
• ITSM processes – Intermediate
• Microsoft Office 365 – Advanced
• Microsoft Intune – Advanced
• Zabbix – Intermediate
• Graylog – Intermediate
• Experience with monitoring IT systems and IT security
• Based in the USA (Phoenix area) – on-site/hybrid availability
