IT Support Technician

About the role

IDR is seeking an IT Support Technician to join one of our top clients in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an opportunity to join a government organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, technical, and administrative support for the IT Mobility Team
• Manage mobile device and cellular service lifecycle activities
• Coordinate service requests
• Perform inventory and data reconciliation
• Provide carrier support
• Maintain documentation and drive process improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an IT Support role
• 2+ years of experience supporting mobile devices (Wi-Fi and Cellular - iPads, Phones, Laptops, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience working through ticketing systems
• Strong experience with asset/inventory tracking and process documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Intune
• Experience with AT&T/FirstNet or similar carrier environments
• Experience with private APNs, IoT, or cellular-connected technologies
