Requirements
- PREFERRED: Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- REQUIRED: 2+ years of overall IT experience
- REQUIRED: 2+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS environment
- EXCEPTIONAL: Knowledge of network security practices and Antivirus software
- EXCEPTIONAL: Exceptional analytic and problem-solving skills
- EXCEPTIONAL: Self-motivated and able to work across diverse technical and non-technical teams
- EXCEPTIONAL: Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- EXCEPTIONAL: Exceptional Customer-oriented attitude
- REQUIRED: ITIL (foundational level, but exposure to more detail than foundation is often necessary)
