IT Support Technician

About the role

Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and basic network issues for office and field staff across North America. Contribute to a safety-focused, team-oriented environment with opportunities for growth into advanced technical or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Maintain user accounts and resolve support tickets via phone, email, and on-site visits.
• Support construction and hydrovac field operations.

Requirements

• Technical support experience with hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to industrial technology preferred.
