West Knoxville, TN | IT Support Technician / Cybersecurity Support Analyst | Contract-to-Hire We are actively recruiting an IT Support Technician / Cybersecurity Support Analyst for our client in West Knoxville, TN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity that will require onsite work in West Knoxville. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career technology professional looking to build hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, cybersecurity, and client-facing technology services. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, AI with a cybersecurity focus, or a closely related technical field with strong cybersecurity coursework. Due to client request, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Responsibilities Manage support tickets and provide timely troubleshooting and issue resolution.Communicate directly with clients regarding technical questions and support needs.Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, user accounts, endpoints, mobile devices, and general desktop technology.Review security logs and assist with security monitoring activities.Learn and support company-specific technologies, processes, and client environments.Complete vendor-provided training modules and technical coursework.Build broader hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, and cybersecurity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, AI with a cybersecurity focus, or a closely related technical discipline with strong cybersecurity coursework.Foundational knowledge of IT troubleshooting and cybersecurity concepts.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Professional, customer-focused approach with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and end users.Ability and willingness to learn new technologies, platforms, and technical environments.Recent graduates and early-career candidates with limited professional IT experience are encouraged to apply.
