About the Role
The IT Support Technician will work closely with IT management to support the strategic goals of the team. The technician will provide high-quality work and great customer service, maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks across the organization, resolve technical problems, and manage end-user requests such as installing software and/or configuring hardware.
Requirements
- College or trade degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent accepted with previous healthcare IT experience.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- IT-related certifications preferred.
Pay
$26.00–$28.84 per hour, depending on qualifications.
