About the role
The Support Technician provides Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support primarily for Hall Pringle’s Las Vegas Office while also assisting with technology support needs across the firm.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Tier 1 and Tier 2 support technician for the Las Vegas office, delivering timely and professional technical assistance.
- Respond to and resolve daily support tickets related to hardware, software, network connectivity, peripherals, and user access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common desktop, laptop, mobile device, and application issues.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership and follow-through.
- Support videoconference and in-person meeting requests including scheduling, configuration, and live meeting launches.
- Act as the lead technician for all Las Vegas-based technology projects, including office technology upgrades, device deployments, and infrastructure improvements.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams as needed for technology initiatives.
- Ensure office technology standards align with firmwide IT policies and practices.
- Participate in firmwide IT projects, initiatives, and rollouts as assigned.
- Collaborate with IT team members across offices to support shared systems, applications, and services.
- Aid in documentation, asset tracking, and process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- 3 years - 5 years experience in an IT Support Role
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Highly proficient using MS Office Suites: Word, Excel, Outlook, and On-Line Case Management Software (Knowledge with Milana and FileVine, a plus)
- Must be highly organized, able to multitask and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
