Job description: Diagnosing and resolving desktop/laptop hardware and software issues, both remotely and in person, through various methods like phone, chat, web tickets or in-person assistance. Mobile device management. Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. Walk the customer through the problem-solving process. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. Provide accurate information on IT products or services.

Mandatory Skills

  • Desktop Support - Windows/Mac OS: 1 to 3 years Yes
  • MDM/Mobile Device Management: 1 to 3 years Yes
  • Ticketing Tools: 1 to 3 years Yes
  • ITIL: Good to have
