About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing our digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications. This role involves working closely with patients to ensure they have access to their medications, managing customer inquiries, and improving the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the digital concierge service for patients who are prescribed branded medications.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Ensure patients have access to their medications and resolve any issues promptly.
• Improve the overall user experience by gathering feedback and implementing changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features.

Requirements

• A degree in Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience with healthcare IT systems and platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
