We believe that a diverse workforce contributes to the success of our company and are dedicated to fostering a culture of respect, equity, and inclusion." We need to extract sections: - About the role: The paragraph after "About The Role". Also earlier "Help keep our campus connected..." maybe part of about us? But we can include about the role as description. - Responsibilities: The list under "Key Responsibilities". Should be bullet list. - Requirements: Might be "Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required". Also "Experience & Technical Skills" etc. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have: - About the role: description. - Responsibilities: bullet list. - Qualifications: Education, Experience & Technical Skills, Certifications. - Skills: maybe part of Qualifications? But we could separate Skills as a section: includes problem-solving, organizational, analytical, multitask, communication, etc. - Requirements: Additional Requirements (flexible hours, travel, lift 50 lbs). Could be Requirements. - Benefits: list under "What We Offer": Competitive hourly pay, 401(k) with company match, Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid time off (PTO), Paid parental leave, Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Career growth opportunities. - Pay: "Compensation: up to $34/hr" also "Competitive hourly pay" in benefits. Pay section should contain specific pay info: up to $34/hr. - Schedule: "Schedule (Full-Time) Monday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PMTuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM". Also Additional Requirements mention flexible hours etc but schedule is specific. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have real specifics. We need to avoid duplicating content. For Pay we can put the compensation line. For Benefits we list the offerings. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. Also remove "Location:" maybe we can keep as a short paragraph? The instruction says we can fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could include in a short p at top maybe. But we should not create a heading for it. We can include location in a paragraph before sections. Similarly "About Us - Big Changes, Better Benefits - Join us today!" maybe fluff; we can drop. We need to preserve all substantive information: the description of AIM, the role description, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, additional requirements, benefits, pay, schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:
