Provide support for child welfare applications and initiatives.
Requirements
- 36 months of experience providing IT support in a Child Welfare environment (child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services).
- 36 months of experience providing implementation support services for new application builds in a child welfare environment (child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services).
- 36 months of experience providing on-site user support for a large scale (15k + users) distributed child welfare application (child protective, foster care / permanency or preventive services).
- 36 months of experience working on a large scale (15k+ users) roll out starting with a needs assessment, moving to production rollout and ending with ongoing support.
- Bachelor's Degree
