About the role
IT Coordinator responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities
- Maintain IT equipment including digital displays, mobile devices (iPads, iPhones), clinical devices (Pyxis Med Dispensing), conference room equipment (Polycom), printers, laptop and desktop computers at OMH Central Office.
- Ensure computers and clinical hardware operate efficiently to support employee productivity.
- Independently troubleshoot device usage issues, develop solutions for common problems, and author user guide documentation.
- Assist with oversight of OMH device asset inventory and procurement of new equipment as needed.
Requirements
- 36–60 months of experience as an IT Specialist, working independently without assistance.
- 36 months of experience supporting Apple (iOS) mobile devices.
- 36 months of experience with enterprise mobile device management (MDM) solutions.
- 12 months of experience with Omnissa Workspace One MDM.
- 12 months of experience with asset inventory management.
- 12 months of experience writing help guides and how-to documentation.
- 12 months of experience training or guiding end users.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
