About the role
The IT Support Specialist II is responsible for providing high-level technical support to internal clients across various departments. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Provide training and documentation on new technologies and software solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors and other IT teams to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and best practices in a centralized knowledge base.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and common IT tools such as Windows Server, VMware, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex IT issues.
- Experience with cloud-based services and platforms.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
