About the role
Provide comprehensive IT support to ensure smooth operations across all departments. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with network setup and maintenance, and manage user accounts.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.
- Maintain and optimize company networks, including firewalls and security protocols.
- Manage user accounts and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall system efficiency and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
- Knowledge of cloud-based services and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
