Our client is seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to support day-to-day technology operations across its corporate and retail environment. This role will provide end-user support while administering key Microsoft, networking, POS, and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Entra, OneDrive, SharePoint and Defender.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email and endpoint issues.
• Manage user accounts, devices, security policies and onboarding/offboarding.
• Support NetSuite ERP, Shopify POS and related retail/fulfillment technologies.
• Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki networking and wireless environments.
• Support Windows 11 workstations, Microsoft Teams Rooms and mobile devices.
• Monitor and respond to Microsoft Defender security alerts and incidents.
• Manage IT tickets, prioritize issues and maintain service-level expectations.
• Create technical documentation, user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
• Partner with business leaders and vendors on IT upgrades and technology projects.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of IT support or systems administration experience with strong Microsoft 365, Windows and networking skills.
• Experience with NetSuite, Shopify POS, Cisco Meraki or retail technology environments is highly desirable.
