About the role
You will assist in maintaining the end-user IT environment and in keeping the user community happy as far as IT-related matters are concerned.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Answer questions about Windows, Mac, iOS, Android devices, AV equipment, printers, monitors, and sometimes the coffee maker
- Provide customer service to users
- Communicate effectively with users of varying technological skill levels
- Show patience and remain calm under pressure
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a 4-year college or recent graduate
- At least a passing knowledge of MS Office and technology in general
- Technical certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and reading comprehension skills
- Strong deductive reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Available onsite from 5 May 2025 through 15 August 2025
