IT Support - Full Time

About the role

IT Support Specialist responsible for providing on-site and remote support across multiple offices and a production site in the Americas region.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure, applications, and equipment for approximately 400 users.
• Engage proactively in digital transformation initiatives by understanding user needs and recommending improvements.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot PCs, mobile devices, printers, scanners, IP cameras, and other IT hardware.
• Manage IT consumables, coordinate external service providers, and participate in regional IT projects.
• Contribute to support documentation and maintain inventory systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or BS degree in IT, Business, or related field; vocational training preferred.
• Prior IT work experience; knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft software, and network admin.
• Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and user training abilities.
• Understanding of standardization impact within enterprise IT; cross-cultural teamwork skills.
• Spanish language skills and ability to travel up to 5% are a plus.

Pay

Salary range of $70,000-$85,000 USD, with potential performance bonuses.
