IT Support- Full Time

About the role

Golden Plains Community Hospital is currently seeking an IT Support Tech to work full time. Monday through Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm plus on-call. The IT Technician is responsible for the support of all IT functions at this location and remote locations. This position is on-site and does not pay for relocation to the area.

Responsibilities

• Hardware and software support
• Network support
• Printer/copier support
• Setup and install of new equipment
• Troubleshooting connectivity issues with medical equipment

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree with computer technology concentration or equivalent experience
• Ability to work independently and be highly organized and efficient
• Attention to detail is essential

Skills

• Good personal communication skills
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues quickly and efficiently

Schedule

Monday through Friday 8 am - 5:00 pm plus on-call.
