Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Deskside Support with 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support.The role involves handling basic networking, data center operations, monitoring tools, hardware troubleshooting, and ITSM tools.You will act as the on-site support partner, assisting internal teams, customers, and vendors in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.This is a hands-on role that requires both technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with remote teams. Job Description Basic Knowledge of Network Devices such as Switches, Routers, Wireless Access Points preferably CISCO, RiverbedBasics knowledge / understanding of assigning switch ports to specific VLANsPatch phone ports to switch as neededTroubleshoot and replace network switch chassis blades when requiredNetworking and Operating System basicsAssist network and data center admins (Internal, Customer and Vendor) as required during the course of technical troubleshootingBasic knowledge about Hardware like Servers, Storage devicesKnowledge to understand Monitoring Tool outcomeBasic knowledge of ITSM tool preferably ServiceNowBasic knowledge of Operating Systems- Windows 2003 servers Enterprise/Standard Edition, UNIX & linuxBasic knowledge about Windows 2003 Active Directory structure, MS Exchange 2003 and File/Print ServerExperience in SLA base environmentKnowledge on Server Performance monitoring preferred
