IT Support Engineer
About the role
The IT Support Engineer will own the end-to-end technology experience across our San Francisco office, executive team, and warehouse operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring devices, networks, conference rooms, and operational systems are reliable, secure, and ready to scale.
- Building processes, automation, documentation, and infrastructure that allow a fast-growing company to operate efficiently as we expand.
- Providing white-glove device and AV support to our leadership team.
- Designing scalable systems that eliminate entire categories of future problems.
- Managing the IT stack for our warehouse team, including scanners, terminals, and printers.
Requirements
Must have strong macOS fluency, with solid working knowledge of iOS and ideally some exposure to ChromeOS and Android. Must manage device fleets end-to-end, including MDM enrollment, imaging, and asset tracking. Comfortable with networking fundamentals and familiar with tools like Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack at an admin level. A natural inclination to automate repetitive work and support senior leaders effectively.
Qualifications
Experience managing device fleets and networks, with a focus on reliability and security. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Skills

Schedule
This role is based in San Francisco on a hybrid schedule (min. three days in our San Francisco Presidio office per week, with regular hands-on time at our South San Francisco warehouse (1-2 days per week), and travel to merchant sites as the work demands.)
