IT Support Engineer

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role• Implement technical solutions and provide high-quality support for computer hardware, operating systems, and enterprise application software.• Troubleshoot and resolve straightforward technical problems that do not have defined standard operating procedures.• Perform network engineering, troubleshooting, data cabling, and systems administration across various software and hardware environments.• Ensure the availability of infrastructure networking and computing systems during production hours.• Interact with management and staff to provide analytical and technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.• Identify root causes of operational issues and process inefficiencies. What You'll Need• 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies (AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM).• 2+ years of troubleshooting experience in a multi-user, high-availability environment.• 2+ years of experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and liquidation.• 1+ years of IT client, server, and network service delivery experience.• 2+ years of networking experience (e.g., DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).• 2+ years of operating system support experience (Windows, Mac, or Linux) in a corporate setting.
