IT Support

Our client is seeking an IT Support Technician to support workstation deployment, device imaging, asset management, and end-user technology readiness. This role is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, and device deployments, or a highly motivated IT support professional looking to grow their skills in Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.The primary focus of this role is staging, imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user devices while maintaining accurate asset records and ensuring a smooth technology deployment experience. The individual may also assist with service desk activities, including hardware troubleshooting, printer support, equipment upgrades, and workstation replacements.Key Responsibilities• Configure, image, stage, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices for end users.• Support workstation lifecycle management, including new deployments, upgrades, refreshes, and replacements.• Utilize Microsoft Intune to deploy operating system images, applications, updates, and configurations.• Assist with endpoint and workstation management within an Intune-managed environment.• Maintain accurate asset inventory and device tracking records.• Support software deployment and installation activities.• Perform testing and quality assurance checks prior to device deployment.• Document deployment activities, configurations, and inventory updates.• Assist with routine service desk requests, including: o PC and laptop troubleshootingo Printer setup and supporto Peripheral installation and configurationo Hardware upgrades and replacementso Basic software support• Track and manage work requests through ticketing and asset management systems.• Follow established IT security, compliance, and operational procedures.Other duties as needed Interviews are currently being conducted, for immediate consideration please apply QualificationsRequired• 3 years of experience in desktop support, IT support, service desk, endpoint support, or a related technical role.• Experience with workstation imaging, deployment, or hardware configuration.• Familiarity with asset management processes and ticketing systems.• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.Preferred• Experience working with Microsoft Intune for device management, software deployment, or endpoint support.• Experience with workstation management in a Microsoft 365 environment.• Experience with imaging tools and deployment platforms.• Experience using ServiceDesk Plus or similar ITSM/ticketing solutions.• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint management best practices.
