Assist users with account access, password resets, and basic system navigation. Maintain accurate records of support tickets, resolutions, and follow-up actions. Follow established IT procedures, security guidelines, and data protection policies. Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and user experience. Participate in training and professional development activities as needed. Qualifications And Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, software applications, and internet connectivity. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks in a remote environment.
