IT Support Analyst - Early Careers

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive IT Support Analyst to join our team. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities: software and hardware support to onboarding, asset tracking, and supporting IT-related building systems. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT needs, helping the business stay productive and secure.

Responsibilities

• Provide general IT support for end users, including software/hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair
• Manage the new hire onboarding process, including provisioning of devices, account setup, and orientation support
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, and software licenses
• Support Building-related Tech Systems: alarm systems, fire sprinkler monitoring, door access control systems, security camera access and maintenance
• Support and maintain VoIP phone systems, including VTX and Amazon Connect
• Track and manage all IT-related billing and renewals, such as: Internet and telecom services, Microsoft 365 licenses, Adobe Creative Suite, server hosting, and cloud subscriptions
• Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and IT services
• Create and maintain user guides and documentation for internal support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/MacOS, hardware, and business applications
• Familiarity with IT asset management best practices
• Basic understanding of networking and VoIP systems (experience with VTX or Amazon Connect is a plus)
• Comfortable managing software subscriptions and IT-related bills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Must have continuous work authorization in the US without the need for visa sponsorships
