IT Solutions Delivery Lead

General Responsibilities

• Manages a team of architects through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy and implementing a solution.
• Designs, implements, tests and deploys necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Selects enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market.
• Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements.
• Reviews the current status of services and prepares recommendations for service improvements.
• Maintains middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Ensures effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment and consolidates disparate solutions to reduce technology spend.
• Provides proactive technical oversight and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams, fostering reuse, scalability, stability, and operational efficiency.

Experience / Qualifications

• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

Pay

Base Salary Range: $155,760.00 - $214,170.00
