Your talents

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) are a plus
• Previous experience in IT service management or a related role in a Backoffice environment
• Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks
• The ideal candidate will possess experience in similar areas such as team assistance, support, or back office
• Basic Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: managed services, data centers, Azure, hosting, PaaS, IaaS and/or service transition
• Strong customer orientation and persuasiveness, and good skills in using Microsoft Office products
• Additionally, the ability to demonstrate technical IT understanding
• Very good English skills (German an advantage) is essential
