Qualifications
- Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, including customer-facing roles; demonstrated previous managerial experience, ideally within a similar field; proficiency in technology and adept problem-solving skills; effective communication skills, demonstrated through both written and verbal channels.
- Nice To Have: Previous management experience; familiarity with the technical aspects of B2B services; proficiency in Office 360.
