About Our Client:The organization operates within the IT service delivery sector, addressing the challenge of coordinating multiple service teams to provide consistent and efficient customer support. It focuses on streamlining service operations across areas such as purchasing, solutions, managed and field services, and project management, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and high-quality client experiences. 2. About the Opportunity:The IT Service Delivery Coordinator role is central to ensuring smooth and timely delivery of IT services. This position manages resource allocation, scheduling, and service ticket workflows to meet service level agreements, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The role facilitates collaboration across various teams and external partners to maintain consistent service delivery and drive improvements. 3. Responsibilities:Manage technician scheduling for remote and onsite support, installations, and small-to-medium projects.Oversee product orders related to installation projects ensuring proper resource allocation.Collaborate with sales and support teams to manage change orders aligned with customer needs.Support IT and project managers in optimizing resource use across service functions.Work with management and customer success teams to resolve escalations and maintain service consistency.Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners to meet service standards.Communicate proactively with clients to schedule services and installations.Lead kickoff calls, deliver status updates, and set resolution timelines.Confirm project and service request completion, gathering feedback for improvement.Manage the ticket lifecycle to ensure timely resolution.Maintain service boards by categorizing, prioritizing, and assigning tickets efficiently.Enforce compliance with internal service level targets.Collaborate with IT service teams to identify and implement process improvements.Develop and maintain documentation for IT service delivery standards. 4. Requirements:Associate degree with 2 years experience or equivalent in dispatch, coordination, or project management.Understanding of IT terminology and PSA ticketing systems.Knowledge of IT service delivery including incident and change management.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.Proficiency with business collaboration and project management tools.Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Commitment to project completion despite challenges.Effective organizational and time management skills.Ability to build trust and maintain collaborative relationships.Teamwork skills and adaptability to changing priorities.Positive attitude and enthusiasm toward work and clients.Emotional regulation and negotiation skills. 5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:The pay range for this position is $23.50 to $36.40 per hour, based on candidate skills, experience, licenses, and education.
