About the role
The IT Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing key IT projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed
- Successfully manage relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- BS/BA in IS/IT or related field
- CMMC Certification and PMP preferred
- NIST 800-171 compliance experience
- 7+ years of experience successfully managing IT projects
- Proven working experience in project management in the information technology sector
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in IT applications or IT Infrastructure
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio
- PMP certification is a plus
- Must meet export control compliance requirements; all applicants must be “U.S. persons” within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee)

Pay
Base Salary Range (Inglewood only): $125,000 to $150,000
